Hugo Bates is President and Co-chairman at 22DMG.

Once a band member of 22Drivers, now co-founder of 22DriversRecords alongside his former bandmate Richie Jordan.

Hugo boasted an extensive interest within music throughout his years. Now applying his passion at degree level, Hugo is currently undertaking a Music Technology course at the University of the West of England.

Alongside Richie, he is now pursuing an opportunity to nurture the same grassroots scene that he grew up in, this time in a different role, all while applying the same devotion to music.
